Hamleys

Background

The oldest and largest toy shop in the world.

The brand language is built around the red and gold colours, with the H Albert font making up the majority of the typography and other elements include the Hamleys and H logos, the skyline graphic, the gift wrap texture and the mascot character, William Hamley. The store is designed to mimic a playground. Green vinyl flooring takes the place of grass, and cutout clouds on the ceiling take the place of the sky. A golden pathway winds its way through the store.

Aspect has successfully designed and developed approx. 3 Hamleys stores till date where cost and modularity are the main factors in design. Aspect has also helped RBL team for site surveys of more than 4+ Hamleys stores.
